we have no word on the house yet. we have no faith that the sellers agent is providing honest information he has recieved from the bank. we have no date to where we are guarenteed to hear something. we may abandon the ship on this one because of the amount of time it is taking to move forward. we are not happy wannabe home owners. it really stinks when you want to be out of your current living situation asap, you have the pre-approval, the down payment, etc and you are the one who loses because of the housing market disaster area.
