Why is it that when I slave over a hot stove for hours making an fancy supper no one seems to eat it, but when i throw a random assortment of items from the freezer together it becomes a new favorite? it is an unfair world. tonight we had couscous for the first time in a very long time, mostly because i got it for like 9 cents at HEB the other day (love those yellow coupons) and then mixed in some frozen fake chicken and an assortment of vegetables...why this was a hit i will never understand. it was decent, nothing spectacular but the boys chowed it down and both had 2 plates full. however i think they liked it the most because it could stick to their faces after they pretended to be dogs and didnt use their hands to eat.
I guess i should just be glad they eat couscous, fake chicken and vegetables :)
Oh, and in other news they boys thought they would help beautify me today when they dumped 4 fist fulls of sand onto my freshly painted nails. its pretty awesome and bumpy.
Judah's wings are in full effect. I'm loving it.
